| | It's March 1 but before we move on how about we leap into what we covered in the month of February, shall we? I dug up a bunch of Dinosaur Fonts for you to colorize and turn into prehistoric works of art. And most of the new and the updated glossary terms this month all started with the letter C. No reason. That's just how it worked out. Here's the recap: Desktop Publishing Glossary Terms Added or Expanded This Month: There's a B thrown in there but the letter C predominates, and many of them deal with paper: Our readers continued to express dissatisfaction with PrintMaster 2/2011/2012. Issues include lack of a manual, loss of intuitiveness, and lengthy install process. As one reviewer writes, "The older version would not work on my new computer. Instead of using the power of new technology to improve the program most of the features were eliminated..." Good point. You need to upgrade because you've upgraded your computer but the software upgrade is actually a step (or more) backward. Reader Reviews: PrintMaster | | More Things I Wrote or Blogged About in February Follow the blog for what's new, what's updated, and tidbits of interest I find here and there. | Make a Marvelous Masthead I posted this on Facebook in February: Do a search on masthead and more than likely you're going to find yourself reading about how to create a nameplate. But if you want to know what goes in a masthead that's NOT a nameplate... check out the components of a masthead. | | | | | | Desktop Publishing Ads | | | | Featured Articles | | | | More from About.com | | | | | | Top 10 Skin Myths How do you know the information and advice you get about your skin is true?
